Terms of Sale for Online Courses and Digital Content
These Terms apply from 9 October 2026.
This is an English translation provided for information only. The Polish version of these Terms is the legally binding one.
§ 1. Definitions
- Seller — Skrobo.Tech P.S.A. (simple joint-stock company), registered office: ul. Pułaskiego 50A/63, 33-100 Tarnów, Poland, NIP (tax ID) 9930711786, REGON 543016360, KRS 0001200266, e-mail: kontakt@skrobo.tech, phone +48 508 240 464.
- Website — the cybroskill.com website run by the Seller, including the /en/kursy-online/ page with the Course offer.
- Platform — the Zanfia platform (cybroskill.zanfia.co) through which the Seller concludes Agreements, accepts payments and provides Courses.
- Customer — a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person or an organisational unit with legal capacity concluding an Agreement with the Seller.
- Consumer — a Customer who is a natural person concluding an Agreement not directly related to their business or profession (Art. 22¹ of the Polish Civil Code).
- Sole trader with consumer rights — a Customer who is a natural person concluding an Agreement directly related to their business where the Agreement is not of a professional nature for them.
- Course — digital content or a digital service within the meaning of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014: a self-paced online course (videos, instructions, screenshots, downloadable files, project scenarios) provided on the Platform without a mentor, unless the offer states otherwise.
- One-off access — access to a Course purchased with a single payment for the period stated in the offer (or without time limit, if so stated).
- Subscription — access to a Course for a selected billing period (one month, a semester or a school year), paid in advance, without automatic renewal.
- B2E Licence — a licence for a school or other educational institution to use the Seller’s lesson scenarios and teaching materials by its teachers with its pupils.
- Agreement — a distance agreement for the supply of digital content or a digital service (Course) concluded via the Platform, or a B2E Licence agreement.
- Account — the Customer’s individual account on the Platform where the Course is made available.
§ 2. General provisions
- These Terms set out the rules for concluding Agreements, supplying Courses, payments, complaints and withdrawal. They are available free of charge on the Website in a form that allows them to be downloaded, saved and printed.
- Cybroskill is the Seller’s brand. Courses are sold online only — no physical goods are shipped as part of a Course.
- Courses are purchased by adults (in particular parents and legal guardians), institutions or businesses. A child may use a Course under the supervision and with the consent of the person who concluded the Agreement.
- Technical requirements: a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) with JavaScript and the cookies necessary for the Platform enabled, an active e-mail address; for some Courses — the free software named in the Course description (e.g. browser-based Tinkercad, DesignSpark Mechanical, Meshmixer). A 3D printer is not required unless the Course description states otherwise.
- The Customer must not provide unlawful content.
- All Course materials are protected by copyright. By purchasing a Course, the Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for personal use (within the Customer’s household) for the duration of access. Copying, distributing, sharing Account login details with third parties and public screening of the materials are prohibited, except where permitted by law.
§ 3. Platform Account
- The Account is created on the Platform during the first purchase or by the Customer. Creating an Account is free of charge.
- The Customer undertakes to provide true data and to protect their login details from third parties.
- The Customer may delete the Account at any time by writing to kontakt@skrobo.tech. Deleting the Account means losing access to the Courses.
§ 4. Orders and conclusion of the Agreement
- Course information on the Website is an invitation to conclude an Agreement, not an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code. The offer presented on the Platform’s payment page is binding.
- To order a Course, the Customer: (1) selects a Course on the Website and clicks “Buy” (redirect to the Platform), (2) fills in the order form, (3) accepts these Terms, (4) if a Consumer or Sole trader with consumer rights — makes the statement referred to in § 8(4), (5) clicks the button with an obligation to pay and pays for the order.
- The Agreement is concluded when the Customer receives the order confirmation sent by e-mail after successful payment. The confirmation contains the content of the Agreement, a link to these Terms and — if made — confirmation of the statement under § 8(4).
- The content of the Agreement is recorded and made available to the Customer by sending the order confirmation by e-mail and by making these Terms available on the Website.
§ 5. Prices and payments
- Course prices are given in Polish złoty (PLN) and are gross prices (including VAT where applicable). The Subscription price is the price for the entire selected billing period.
- Payments are processed by PayU S.A., Poznań, Poland (ul. Grunwaldzka 186, 60-166 Poznań). Available payment methods (e.g. instant bank transfer, BLIK, payment card) are shown on the payment page. The Seller may also offer payments via Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Dublin, Ireland) — the payment operator is then shown on the payment page.
- One-off access is paid in advance, in a single payment, before the Course is made available.
- The Subscription is paid in advance, in a single payment for the entire selected billing period, and does not renew automatically.
- The Seller issues a receipt or, on request, an invoice in electronic form, sent to the Customer’s e-mail address.
- A change in the Subscription price does not apply to a period already paid.
§ 6. Supply of the Course and access period
- Courses are supplied electronically only — by making them available in the Customer’s Account on the Platform. Access is activated immediately after the payment is booked, no later than within 24 hours; the Customer receives login details or an Account link by e-mail.
- One-off access lasts for the period stated in the offer. The Subscription lasts for the paid billing period and does not renew automatically.
- Course videos are stored and streamed via the Bunny.net service (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia), integrated with the Platform.
- The Seller may interrupt access to the Platform for the time necessary for technical work. Planned interruptions longer than 24 hours are announced in advance.
§ 7. Conformity of the Course with the Agreement and complaints
- The Seller is liable to Consumers and Sole traders with consumer rights for the conformity of the Course with the Agreement under Chapter 5b of the Polish Consumer Rights Act — for non-conformity existing at the time of supply and, for a Subscription, throughout its duration.
- Complaints can be submitted by e-mail to kontakt@skrobo.tech (or info@cybroskill.com) or in writing to the Seller’s registered office. Please state your name, the e-mail address used for the purchase, the Course name, a description of the problem and your request.
- If a Course does not conform with the Agreement, the Customer may demand that it be brought into conformity. If this is impossible, requires excessive costs, has not been done within a reasonable time or the non-conformity is significant, the Customer may request a price reduction or withdraw from the Agreement (except for minor non-conformity in the case of withdrawal).
- The Seller responds to a complaint within 14 days of receipt. Failure to respond within this period means the complaint is accepted.
- Refunds are made promptly, no later than within 14 days of receiving the Customer’s statement, using the same payment method as the Customer used, unless the Customer agrees otherwise at no cost.
- Towards Customers who are neither Consumers nor Sole traders with consumer rights, the Seller’s warranty liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law and its liability for damages is limited to the price paid.
§ 8. Right of withdrawal
- A Consumer or Sole trader with consumer rights may withdraw from a distance Agreement without giving reasons within 14 days of concluding the Agreement, subject to para. 4.
- To withdraw, it is enough to send a withdrawal statement before the deadline, e.g. by e-mail to kontakt@skrobo.tech or by post to the Seller’s registered office. The model form in Annex 1 may be used but is not mandatory. The Seller promptly confirms receipt by e-mail.
- After effective withdrawal, the Seller refunds all payments made promptly, no later than within 14 days of receiving the statement, using the same payment method as the Customer used, and closes access to the Course.
- Loss of the right of withdrawal. Under Art. 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to an Agreement for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium for which the Customer is obliged to pay, if the Seller has begun performance with the Customer’s express prior consent, the Customer was informed before performance began that they would lose the right of withdrawal once the Seller has performed, acknowledged this, and the Seller provided confirmation (§ 4(3)). The Customer gives this consent and acknowledgement by ticking the relevant box in the order form on the Platform — access to the Course is then activated immediately after payment.
- If the Customer does not give the consent referred to in para. 4, the Seller activates access to the Course after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
- Out-of-court complaint and redress procedures: a Consumer may seek help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman, a consumer organisation, or apply for mediation or to a permanent consumer arbitration court at the Trade Inspection. Information: prawakonsumenta.uokik.gov.pl.
§ 9. B2E Licence for schools and institutions
- The B2E Licence is granted to schools, educational institutions and other organisations (Customers who are not Consumers) on the basis of an order placed via the quote form on the Website (/en/dla-firm/szkoly/), by e-mail or on the Platform. Scope, price, number of teachers and licence period are set out in the offer or individual agreement; these Terms apply to matters not covered there.
- The B2E Licence is non-exclusive and non-transferable. It entitles the teachers of the institution named in the order to use the scenarios and materials in teaching its pupils, including displaying materials in lessons and copying worksheets in the number needed for pupils. It does not entitle the institution to share the materials with other institutions, publish them online or resell them.
- The B2E Licence is paid on the basis of an invoice, within the deadline stated on it, or via the Platform.
- Teacher training and on-site workshops are provided under a separate order or agreement.
- § 8 (right of withdrawal) does not apply to the B2E Licence.
§ 10. Free services
- The Seller provides free electronic services: the Account, the newsletter, the contact and quote forms, and free materials on the Website.
- The agreement for free services is concluded for an indefinite period (Account, newsletter) or for the time needed to handle an enquiry (forms). The Customer may terminate it at any time — by deleting the Account, using the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or writing to kontakt@skrobo.tech.
- Complaints about free services are submitted and handled in accordance with § 7(2) and (4).
§ 11. Personal data
- The controller of Customers’ personal data is the Seller. Processing — including by the Zanfia Platform, payment operators (PayU, Stripe), Bunny.net and the hosting provider — is described in the Privacy Policy.
§ 12. Final provisions
- Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means. The choice of Polish law does not deprive a Consumer of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
- Disputes with Consumers are settled by the court having jurisdiction under general rules. Disputes with Customers who are neither Consumers nor Sole traders with consumer rights are settled by the court competent for the Seller’s registered office.
- The Seller may amend these Terms for important reasons (changes in law, payment methods, the Platform or the offer). Amendments do not affect One-off access Agreements concluded earlier.
- These Terms are available in Polish, English and German. The Polish version is binding.
- These Terms apply from 9 October 2026.
