We don’t hire lecturers. We look for people who can be witnesses to your child’s growth.
What is a “witness to growth”?
Most education is built on the lecture: the adult talks, the child listens and repeats. The trouble is that knowledge served this way rarely sticks — and confidence doesn’t grow at all. At Cybroskill the mentor doesn’t lecture. They lead with questions: “what happens if…?”, “where could the cause be?”, “how could you check that?”. The child reaches the solution on their own — and it’s their victory, not the mentor’s.
A witness to growth is someone who knows your child’s projects, pace and strengths, sees their progress lesson after lesson and can put it into words. For many children it’s the first adult outside the family who truly sees what they can do.
We treat mistakes as data in the learning process, not failures. When a print fails or a program doesn’t run, the mentor doesn’t fix it for the child — they help understand the cause and try again. That’s how you build a resilience no textbook can give.

Meet the team
Jakub Skrobot
Founder · Mentor
An electronics engineer with over 12 years in IT. He has trained close to 200 students, including winners of prestigious competitions, and equipped around 20 schools under the Polish “Laboratories of the Future” programme. He specialises in combining 3D printing with other technologies.

1st place (younger category)
He designed a full set of chess pieces in Tinkercad — pairing his hobby with a new tool. In class, what he looked forward to most were the fun facts about what else 3D printing can be used for.
Antoś
2nd place (older category)
Karol’s older brother. His „Lampka litofanowa — moja mała ojczyzna" (a lithophane lamp — ‘my little homeland’), designed in DesignSpark Mechanical, is a glowing lamp with lithophanes of his home town. He quickly moved beyond the standard path and pursued his own ideas with his mentor’s guidance — exactly how the PMR method works.

Awarded for a character from the game Brawl Stars. Off the record, the founder’s younger brother — and proof that in this family, 3D printing runs in the blood.
